- This page is for Faith Formation registration only. To register for Sacramental Preparation, after you have completed the Faith Formation registration, follow the link to Sacramental Preparation at the bottom of this page.

- Parents, please register all students for Faith Formation Grades PreK-8, whether they will or will not be celebrating a Sacrament this year.

- Registration for First Reconciliation, to be held in October, must be in by Thursday, September 21. Students not registered by the 21st will have to receive this Sacrament next year and delay receiving Confirmation and First Eucharist.
Family Home Study (Grades PreK - 8)

Once again, we are offering our popular Family Home Study Program to all families with children in grades PreK-8. Families will come together in community at a monthly meeting beginning in early October to learn the foundations of our beautiful Catholic Faith. We invite all families to join us at the 9am Mass before the scheduled meetings.

The focus of this year’s program is the Real Presence of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist. All required materials will be provided.

The curriculum is appropriate for Grades Pre-K to 8th.

DATES: Sunday, October 15, November 5, December 3, 2023, and February 11, 2024.
TIME: 10:15am - 11:30am.
COST: $100 per family. (*)
Important Note:

Any student who wishes to receive Sacraments here at Immaculate Conception Church is expected to be enrolled in an age-appropriate Faith Formation Program for at least two years prior to receipt of the Sacrament(s). Please, make sure to register your child for Faith Formation by completing the form below or call the Parish Office at 603-888-0608 for more information.

(*) No student will be turned away due to financial hardship. Please contact the Parish Office at (603)888-0608 for help in this regard.
