The Immaculate Conception Building and Grounds Committee is engaged in an effort to identify, describe, prioritize, and estimate the cost of facilities stewardship projects needed to ensure the Church, Parish Hall, Rectory, and grounds continue to support the parish in a safe and comfortable manner.
This endeavor will be a continuation of repairs made over the past 5 years. (church and hall roofs, church boilers, entry stairway, and elevator installation). The task is large and your help is needed and welcomed.
If you can describe and define projects and help prepare preliminary project estimates please consider helping us. We have recently completed an elevator installation and are developing procurement documents for some parking lot renovations.
We want to begin planning for the repair or renovation of the Church’s lighting and sound systems. We can certainly use assistance from persons with experience in these systems. We welcome help in any of the areas listed below and need an additional committee member or two.
