H3O - Offering a hand, a heart and a ray of hope

H3O
A Women’s Ministry
Offering a Hand, a Heart and a ray of Hope
H3O is a women’s ministry that welcomes women of all ages and faith backgrounds. We are a group of women who seek to enrich our lives through new and old friendships, the love of Christ and the sacredness of trust.
The H3O core values of connections, community, challenge and Christ seek to inspire each woman and appeal to her desire to grow spiritually, socially and/or through community outreach and volunteerism.
We connect through monthly socials, a prayer group, faith-sharing gatherings, retreats and community outreach projects. H3O welcomes you to attend as many events as you wish.
Come as a stranger and leave as our friend! Everyone is welcome!
H3O does not meet during the summer months. See the H3O calendar for the 2010-1011 year (coming soon)! You may email us for more information about any of the information below by using the parish contact form.

H3O “Outreach” … together our hands can improve our community and challenge our hearts
Grow spiritually and socially as we draw inspiration from each other and the community we serve. Make a difference in the lives of others – and your own – through your gift of community service.
Organizations and events sponsored by H3O serve our parish family and the greater Nashua community. Outreach opportunities are open to volunteers with limited time and those who wish to make a long-term commitment.
We have listed a couple of our ongoing outreach projects below. Please let us know what your interests are and we will keep you updated by email. Our outreach changes from time to time as specific needs arise.

Refugee project
The goals of the refugee project thru H3O at ICC are:
- To develop outreach ministry to the larger Nashua Community and to address the immediate basic needs with mutual dignity and respect and service;
- To develop personal relationships between parishioners and the refugees (family to family);
- To assist with helping the refugee families to become able to meet their own needs as much as they are able;
- To develop shared responsibility and collaboration with the refugee families;
- To broaden the awareness among parishioners to these families who now live in Nashua; and to respond to the refugee families with the compassion of Jesus;
- To collaborate with civic agencies, non-profit agencies and other churches.
